At Felpeto, we hope you love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
How to Return an Item
To request a return, please email info@felpeto.co.uk with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Please package your items securely. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs when returning an item because they have changed their mind.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.
Return Conditions
Items should be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, with their original tags attached where possible.
You may inspect or try on items as you would in a shop. We may make a lawful deduction from your refund if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and fit.
Sale Items
Items purchased in a sale or with a discount have the same statutory cancellation rights as full-price items.
Refunds
We will refund eligible returns to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
For a cancellation of the entire order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge where required by law. Any additional amount paid for an express delivery service is not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Where required by law, Felpeto will cover reasonable return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.
