Orders placed before 1 pm, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched on the same working day, provided the items are in stock. Orders placed after 1 pm or during weekends and bank holidays are normally dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery estimates are calculated from dispatch and may be affected by postal delays or public holidays.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes or customs clearance charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our standard delivery prices unless explicitly stated at checkout. Where applicable, customers may be asked to pay charges to the carrier or local customs authority before delivery.

Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Felpeto purchase. If you change your mind, you can notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, email info@felpeto.co.uk with your order number.

Items should be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition. You may try on items as you would in a shop. Any lawful deduction for excessive handling may apply.

Customers are responsible for return postage when returning an item because they have changed their mind.

Sale and discounted items retain their applicable statutory cancellation rights.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can help. We will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
