Ready-to-Ship items are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Made-to-Order items take an additional 3 weeks to dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?

You can return or exchange Ready-to-Ship orders at our physical store in London or by mail.

Returns are not accepted for Made-to-Order items, as these are made specifically for you.
Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How long do I have to return an item?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Can I cancel my order?

Made-to-Order items cannot be canceled once placed.

Ready-to-Ship orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.
Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?

For international deliveries, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot guarantee shipping times outside of the UK, but we’ll provide estimates once the package is sent.
