IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

We combine MADE-TO-ORDER items with a small volume of READY-TO-SHIP items. You will be able to see whether there are items in stock or are made-to-order on the Product Details section of each product page.

We aim to dispatch orders ready-to-ship within 1-2 business days. Send us an email before ordering if you need something urgently and we will let you know if we can get it to you. . Please, be aware you will need to add 3 weeks more to your delivery time for made-to-order items.

We cannot cancel Made-To-Order items or orders once they are placed because each item is made for you and we start working on it straight away. In the case of ready-to-ship orders, once we have dispatched your order, we will not be able to cancel it.

You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. Returns will not be accepted for any made-to-order pieces. Please check Right to cancellation, in Terms & Conditions for more information about cancelations, exchanges and returns.

 

We are a UK based business and we are not responsible for customs, duties and import taxes for deliveries outside of the UK, those will be payable by the customer. We cannot guarantee shipping times outside of the UK but will give you a shipping estimate if possible once the package is sent.
